About the Project

Ace Realty is a real estate brokerage identity project focused on creating a polished, trustworthy, and approachable brand presence. The project began with simple visual preferences from the client, then developed into a cohesive identity system across the logo, business card, and buyer’s guide.

I led the creative process from concept through execution, taking full ownership of the design direction while translating the client’s feedback into a professional brokerage brand. My role included establishing the overall look and feel, refining the visual identity, and creating materials that support both client communication and real estate marketing.

Visual Direction

The visual direction is clean, professional, and approachable, with an emphasis on trust, clarity, and confidence. The identity was designed to feel established enough for a brokerage while still feeling personal, modern, and accessible to buyers and sellers.

Across the business card and buyer’s guide, the brand system uses clear hierarchy, refined typography, and consistent layout details to create a polished client experience. Each piece was built to give Ace Realty a strong foundation for future brokerage materials and marketing applications.
